Comments : Definately felt better this session as compared to last session of 800's. Beginning to feel fitter now. I know hindsight is a great thing but dare I say it, I felt I was maybe holding back a little today, whereas I couldn't say that last time. The only thing is, if you had asked me after the last 800 today I wonder what I would have said. All said, It went well today.
