Comment : Went with Mick today for a long run. Weather conditions were very bad with a strong head wind the whole out and believe me, it was worse coming back. Had intended doing 24 miles today but aborted this due to the wind and very heavy legs. Felt no "pep" in them all day. I suppose the mounting milage plus the wind had an effect on me. Heart rate was fine though and felt ok generaly, think it was probably just tired legs that got me.
