Comments : Don't know what comes over me but always feel I should do my easy short run around the mountain which in turn I always push too hard and then I end up thinking "why to fuck did I do that" ???
Anyways whats done is done, some day I'll cop on. Heart rate all over the place as well. On a scale of 1 to 10 that was a 2 in terms of quality, a waste of time !!!
