Comment : Good workout. Felt strong throughout.
session as much about pacing practice than effort.10 x 1min paces a bit erratic so we need to get consistent with pace with all of them in future.First and last @ same pace is the target of session for now.Going faster than current 5km pace may feel good and no doubt you can go even faster than this as only a 1 minute burst of up tempo speed but need to control paces.
