Hi, My name is Paul Higgins of Strandhill, Co. Sligo and I will be attempting to run the Dublin City Marathon 2012 in under 3 hours, from a previous best of 3 hours and 18 minutes. In this blog I will be documenting everything that goes into my training from diet to rest and recovery to my everyday running schedules. I will be going through all the stages of marathon training through the next 16 weeks and hopefully it will end in a result.
