Comments -
First of all, I ran this in 30 degree heat in the middle of the day, purposely, for the experience. Found the run ok for the first 14 mile but began to wilt a bit after that and had to lower the pace a bit for the final 2 miles, despite hydrating well right through the run. Overall, felt strong but I know my heart rate is too high and will have to slow down a bit.
