Comments : Absolutly knackered at the start, heavy legs, some stiffness. Suppose heavy sand didn't help much. Stretched well at the end.
How were legs during middle of run? Always remeber purpose of all runs so generally run recovery days on feel so good you ran at slower paces just to get time on feet.Also good to run easy when legs feel slightly fatigued to sometimes to replicate feeling in marsthon. Compare recovery days just to see if feeling as tired next week, don't be afraid every 2 weeks or so to take the recovery days OFF if you think you need it.
