Comments -
Another run ran at the hottest part of the day in the 30's. Heart rate was all over the place for some reason. Felt a wee bit tired but finished with plenty to spare.

Keep an eye on resting heart rate as quite high,but this could be to do with heat while running but when home keep track of this.earlier in week was mid 40s(45 lowest) so 10 beats above normal too high.On these days if over 5-6 beats take an easy day or rest.We feel ok but its later in training that this can efefct us so err the side of caution.Feeling tired(along with Higher than normal resting HR) can be 2 forms of tiredness.A heavy leg tiredness is natural enough from time spent on feet with training runs and speed sessions and we need to let the training effect take its course by easy runs or rest days so dont be afraid to take a day off if you feel this way.An overall body tiredness is different and you feel tired all over, so again if this happens take time out a day or 2 until resting HR comes back to normal.
