Comments : Made the ultimate mistake of running on feel. Basicly I ran 8 mile tonight at what I thought felt an easy pace without looking at my garmin. Hoped to run at steady 7.20's but after 7 mile realised I was too fast. With my heart rate that high I realise I'm not running in the proper fat burning zone but you live and learn I suppose. Feel like I've wasted a session.
