Comment : Felt heavy legged at the warm up but ran anyway for the scenery :-)
Found the climb at the beginning total torture and just about continued running. Felt better as the race progressed but on the whole, found it tough.
This is very tough course and running 42:50 show the huge improvements you are making.In 2010 you ran 42:44 in Ransboro which is a lot easier than the Horseshoe, so put it into signifigence.Horeshoe at least 90-120 seconds slower than Ransboro.Good running and mentally to keep going is a very good sign whn suffering
