Comment : Heart rate moniter all over the place. Started off easy then kicked on a bit. Felt easy.

  1. The HR is a great tool but is a best guess, if you know what I mean, if you have not been tested so if the HR seems a bit all over the shop go by feel. Try and get the early miles in below 8 minutes pace should be in 7:00 - 7:50 pace.Time on feet is good but pace needs to be that wee bit quicker.Resting HR looks good

  2. Maybe try and round up the miles anything over half a mile e.g 8.5 try and get in 9 miles
