Sunday 12th August Base Training

Weight - 72 kg
H.R - 55 bpm

Comment : Got up at 6am for Sunday long run, hydrated and had the usual banana. Went back to bed for an hour. Got up at 7 to go. Legs felt very heavy after yesterdays excursion so left it till Monday.
