Comment : Got to track later than expected. Got fairly crowded towards the end but still managed to finish session. Found 800's easier the more I did them despite the distraction of the busy track. Times for last 4-5 intervals out was to do with this distraction rather than an inability to run them. Will go earlier in future.
Heart rate all over the place at the beginning but settled down quickly.
Overall, enjoyed session.
